QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

·       Design, develop, and deliver digital learning content and manage digital learning assets applying adult learning principles and innovation

·       Develop a strong understanding of our organizational objectives and create training programs aligned with these objectives

·       Understand technology in order to effectively design your learning and performance support tools

·       Develop innovative, globally relevant online learning content to increase partner engagement and performance, using content written by learning program managers (instructional designers)

·       Create storyboards for digital content delivery

·       Develop digital learning assets and eLearning content using authoring tools

·       Convert pre-existing content into technology enabled content

·       Partner and support team members and other internal stakeholders with assessment and design related tasks and technology enabled learning solutions

·       Digital learning vendor management, includes providing direction and support for external digital learning vendors such as but not limited to; technology assessments, contract execution, systems integration, and user management

·       Creates engaging instructional content for inclusion in online learning opportunities.

·       Adapts instructional materials created for one format to another format, i.e. classroom to e-learning.

·       Use metrics, learner feedback and other data to evaluate effectiveness, identify gaps, and recommend modifications to new and existing training programs that drive the business goals and strategies

·       Manage Learning Management System administration, trouble shooting, and problem solving for staff

·       Manages and maintains training evaluation and effectiveness metrics and ROI measurements.

·       Ensure collaboration and frequent communication within the learning team, including planning semi-monthly meetings and an annual retreat

·       Estimate, execute and meet learning development deadlines

 Qualifications:

·       Instructional design experience and education preferred 

·       1-2 years of experience in instructional design and developing learning content.

·       Program management experience.

·       Practical experience various multimedia tools (Captivate, Camtasia, Articulate, Adobe Premiere, After Effects etc.) and multimedia-based delivery strategies (e.g., eLearning, virtual classroom, videos, simulations, etc.)

·       Learning management system (LMS) administration experience

·       Ability to work in a professional and positive manner with high attention to detail in a variety of situations

·       Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including strong listening skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization

·       Must be able to work collaboratively with external and internal customers and departments

·       Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

·       A creative and proactive thinker with a good eye for detail
