About the Role

We are a global company, and with that comes many challenges. We need an effective communicator who can navigate the relationship between our London and Turkish office.

The ideal candidate will be able to create documentation, as well as create and develop user stories with the development and management team.

Prototypes of each product need to be created for use in both investor relations and B2B settings.

Ability to identify product specifications, with an extremely analytical approach to iterating and developing constantly.

Work with the development team very closely, understand the requirements, and ensure they can deliver as efficiently as possible.

Scrum Master Responsibilities are:

Understanding Pynk’s top level vision
Executing on the design and documentation of product development
Establishing roadmaps with the development team
Ensuring consistent and effective communication between London and Turkey
Holding anyone critical to the development process to account
Adding value where possible

Scrum Master requirements are:

Understanding of software development, knowledge of software development cycle
Fluency of English language (both written and verbal), as well as Turkish
Experience as a Product Owner/Project Manager/Project Owner in digital technology environment especially web development and mobile applications
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and have experience is a must
Using project and process management tools very well (preferably Azure DevOps, Jira, etc)
Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
Have conflict management/negotiating skills
Ability of foreseeing problems before it occurs and excellent skills of solving these problems
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Strong knowledge of DevOps processes
Result-oriented and a strong drive to succeed
Preferably a valid PSM-I or PSM-II certificate
No military obligation for male candidates
And for all (male and female) candidates, playing FIFA or PES will be a plus
