Senior Java Software Engineer

We are looking to hire talented Java developers specialized in designing and developing large scale web applications. You are expected to manage our back- end services, identify and fix application bugs and bottlenecks, ensure a seamless interchange of data between parties, develop server-side logic, and document the development process, architecture, and standard components.

As a Java developer, you should have in-depth knowledge to lead the entire application development life cycle right from concept stage to delivery and post-launch support, refactor, optimize and improve the existing codebase for maintenance and scale, collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and develop software solutions and convey effectively with all task progress, evaluations, suggestions, schedules along with technical and process issues.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering

· Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms,object-oriented programming and design patterns (MVVM, DI, Factory etc.)

· Experience about continuous integration.

· Experience on developing and maintaining e-commerce platforms.

· Strong application architecture skills, especially with high traffic websites.

· Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.

· Solid code inspection, debugging and testing skills.

· Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system.

· Experience with building RESTful web services.

· Knowledge of in-memory databases like Redis, MongoDB, Couchbase, etc.

· Experience in Docker, Vagrant, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, Kafka and similar stacks is preferred.

· Proficient in code version control tools such as Git.

· Experience in Linux development environment.

· Excellent knowledge in the Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.

· Good communication skills.

· Problem-solving attitude.

· Eager to learn new ideas, concepts, and technologies.
