CUSTOMER SALES REPRESENTATIVE (ARABIC)

• Fluent English and Arabic on speaking and writing, 
• Customer representative skills and previous experience in the financial or insurance industry would be preferred, 
• Has experience in a call center and/or customer representative department in english language, 
• Ability to thrive in a challenging call center environment that is fast-paced and subject to frequent change, 
• Highly motivated, committed, dynamic, and a team player, 
• Keeping abreast of the competition, its people and products, 
• Self-disciplined, minimum required supervision, well organized with good follow-up skills.

MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Making daily calls to provided customer leads, 
• Follow up with customer database and updating CRM records, 
• Establishing strategies to expand the client base in respective area, 
• Interact and procure new clients through daily calls to dedicated region for client acquisition, relationship, networking and business development purposes.
