The Sales  Assistant promotes and supports sales of technical solution for Mobile vehicles (Agriculture, construction equipment …). Genuine support of the sales team, the Sales Assistant follows sales operations, from order entry to delivery and invoicing. 

Your main missions are as follow:

• Main phone contact for our customer
• Prepare offers and quotations
• Consideration of orders from clients and suppliers
• Place orders
• Manage and follow-up deliveries
• Production and control of invoicing
• Customer follow-up
• Identification of customer contacts, market research

Profile required:

• Graduated in International SAles or Business Administration
• Sales administration experience (manage quotation, invoicing, orders, delivery…)
• Real IT skills (proficient in Word, Excel)
• Customer oriented
• English or French fluent
• Flexible, reliable, service oriented and dynamic
