Application Engineer

As the Application Engineer at Power TK, you have a key role to propose innovative solutions to mobile machine manufacturers & in EP sector. You are focus on providing energy solutions for agricultural, handling, construction machinery and Genset. Your role involves understanding manufacturers' requirements, creating application specifications, and collaborating with the R&D department for project development. You also support the sales team in proposal creation, negotiation, and internal project coordination.

1.     Technical Expertise and Optimization

-        Identify and understand OEMs’ requirements, building specifications for applications.

-        Provide advice on technical installations to meet standards.

-        Contribute to proposals and machines sign-off tests, making decisions on product selection, design, and integration for enhanced engine performance and quality.

-        Participate in project cost summaries

2.     Project Management & OEM Relationship

-        Execute Application Installation tests on customer site to ensure engine warranty validation for applications

-        Monitor issues and answer to their needs

Profile required:

-        Mechanical Engineer Degree, Master degree is a plus

-        Electrical knowledge will be value

-        Experience in working with off-road machines (Agriculture, Construction equipment, EP sector)

-        Knowledge and experience in powering sector (Diesel Engine, Electrification, H2)

-        Fluent level of English is required

-        Driving licence

-        Military duty done for male candidates

For this position, you must be able to travel in Turkey frequently; some travel to France and UK will be required.
