The facility, built on a closed area of 169,000 in Asım Kibar Organized Industrial Zone and working in 3 shifts, realizes production for 7 days and 24 hours a day. With the Women Employment Program launched in 2018, 25 women operators were employed at different departments and total employee number has reached more than 500 employees.

POSCO ASSAN TST is the 68th biggest company among 500 companies in Turkey in according to ISO, 2022 researches. Stepping in to the tenth year in production this year, with the export made in 2017 and 2018 the company won the first prize in Stars of Steel Export Award Ceremony organized by the Steel Exporters Association and carried out the shipment of 2 million tons in June 2023.

We are looking for "PROCUREMENT SENIOR SPECIALIST" for our Procurement Department.

• University degree on preferably from Engineering departments or Administrative Sciences
• 3-6 years of experience on MRO/Service/Investment purchasing operations especially in manufacturing companies
• Good command of English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
• Excellent problem solving and attention to detail skills
• Working place is in Kocaeli (Transportation from İstanbul Anatolian side is available)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Preparing the contracts and following up the suppliers
• Proceeding localization projects and saving projects
• Purchasing MRO (Maintenance Repairs and Operations) and equipments or services from domestic and foreign suppliers
• Following the import implementation of MRO materials
• Managing and monitoring quality assurance activities
