QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor’s degree from preferably,
- Electronic, Communication or Computer Engineering faculties,
- Fluent in English both verbal and written,
- Prone to teamwork, having strong problem-solving skills, and committed to self improvement,
- At least 2 years of work experience in Voice & Video Network Technologies ( WebRTC; Video Calling & Codecs; Video Recording;Interaction Routing; CTI; IVR, SIP, VoIP ),
- Knowledge and experience in Video Call Center Infrastructures and Genesys Call Center,
- Having technical training certificates from relevant companies is preferred.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Providing support to the solutions used in the Bank’s Information Technologies, Voice & Video Call Center Infrastructures,
- Taking an active role in project planning, design and installation works,
- Following the developments in sound infrastructure technologies closely and using them in project development accordence with the needs,
- Taking part in problem solving, performance and capacity management activities with manufacturers.
