pladis which is Yildiz Holding’s buscuits and confectionary company, is looking for a Process Quality Chief  at Ulker Chocolate Factory located in Topkapı.

·       A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below;

• ·       Responsible for all Quality activities in factory and reporting directly to Quality Assurance Manager,            
• ·       Follows up and prepare monthly Quality KPI reports,
• ·       Manages the teams of process quality controls.
• ·       Coordinates and performs periodical internal audits in the production area and ensure HACCP and GMP are applied,
• ·       Involves customer and external certification audits,                              
• ·       Monitors and reports daily Quality activities and daily nonconformances,                                                           
• ·       Leads to the ongoing Quality projects,                              
• ·       Working for preparing customer specifications and manages Customer Complaints with relevant colleagues in team,
• ·       Supplies all Quality demands to Sales company on time.
• ·       Bachelors Degree in Food Engineering,                                                                                            
• ·       Min. 4-5 years experience in food industry,                                                
• ·       Excellent command of written and spoken English is must,                                                              
• ·       Experience in food processing and food packaging (chocolate experience is preferable)
• ·       MS Office (advanced excel) and SAP knowledge,                                                                                      
• ·       Have experience and knowledge of food safety and quality management systems (BRC, IFS, ISO9001 etc),
• ·       Good Negotiation and presentation skills,
• ·       Eager to learn and get experienced in a growing production facility,                                                               
• ·       Organized working style, as well as developed leadership skills,                                                                    
• ·       Strong communication skills, team work oriented, strong follow-up, time     management and  coordination ability,                                                                                                               
• ·       Willingness to travel if required.
