GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

QUALIFICATIONS  

·         Bachelor degree - preferably Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Statistics, Economics, MIS or Business Administration

·         Preferably loyalty or segment management experience, but more importantly enthusiasm to learn

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Turkish,

·         Analytical, problem solving and multi-tasking skills,

·         Strong and dedicated team player,

·         MS Office user, keen on coding

·         SQL knowledge is a plus,

·         Residing in European side of İstanbul,

·         No military obligation or at least 2 years of deferral for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION  

·         Understand the design, development and execution of loyalty marketing programs,

·         Managing and improving the life cycle of loyalty program members and taking the necessary actions to improve the life cycle,

·         Prepare regular analysis to observe the key KPIs of the program and draw up action plans to achieve the objectives,

·         Analyze large data sets pertaining to customer behavior and segmentation data and campaign performance,

·         Design and implement CRM-based campaigns for the Loyalty Program working closely with rest of the marketing team and revenue management team both to acquire new member and boost the frequency of existing members,

·         Manage campaign communication with agencies (eg original advertising text, media, etc.),

·         Collaborate with Digital Marketing and IT teams to define features and data requirements to build and enhance the customer experience across all the stages of the customer lifecycle to drive loyalty,

·         Working in coordination with the Customer Analytics team and IT teams regarding individual customer & member analysis and data needs,

·         Monitor competitor and best-in-class CRM and Loyalty programs, testing and adopting best practices to continuously improve program performance and value,

·         Work closely with CRM and IT departments to ensure that the system and the process are working properly.
