We are looking for a Budget & Reporting Manager for our Financial Reporting and Budget Team in our Headquarters who has the following qualifications:

• University degree in relevant departments (MBA or Master degree is a plus)
• At least +8 years of relevant experience (Big Four experience is a must)
• Solid knowledge of financial reporting frameworks (e.g. statutory accounting, IFRS, budgeting)
• Ability to proioritize and work to tight deadlines
• Strong analysis skills, and proficiency in understanding large and complex sets of data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.

JOB PURPOSE

Budget and Reporting Manager will be responsible for managing financial planning and analysis across the Business Units, manage annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes. Reporting to the Reporting Senior Manager and deliver robust, accurate, insightful and aligned reporting at period end providing in depth analysis of performance. Candidate will closely work with Business Units in analysis, planning and reporting.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES



• Manage the prepartion, review and analysis of the Group’s consolidated monthly IFRS financial statements and management report in line with the internal timetable
• Provide complete and accurate information for month end and management reporting highlighting issues and trends of the business
• Provide clear and concise reporting of key messages for Top Management and Stakeholders
• First point of contact for all communications with reporting teams and external auditors
• Lead the annual budget process and collaborate across Business Units during the entire process
• Lead the monthly review of the rolling forecasting process and collaborate with Business Units
• Identification and impementation of potential IT improvements to enhance the quality and efficiency of reporting processes
• Maintain data quality by developing uniform dataset and rules
• Provide ad hoc information on financial results and KPIs
• Build a strong working relationship with Business Units
• Prepare presentation to support understanding of the work done
