QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
University graduate
Beverage/Food manufacturing or Fast moving consumer goods sector experience would be a distinct advantage.
At least 7 years of experience in supply planning
Integrated Planning Literacy (JDA, APO, IP etc) would be a significant Asset.
Functional understanding of Supply Chain performance metrics and the drivers of fast moving consumer goods industry.
A pro-active self-starter with an acute attention to detail and the ability to manage complexity
Team player, with excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills to be able to build effective relationships
Believing in customer satisfaction mentality and Ambitious with desire to progress and develop
Effective time management and planning
Extensive spreadsheet analysis and strong mathematical abilities
Must have the capability to develop and lead high-performing teams.

FG Supply Chain Manager is an expert who will lead changes that deliver improvements in end to end processes for FG. They support and drive improvements to business process performance and integrations with other connected parts of the supply chain. They engage in process design discussions and complex problem resolution.
Effective FG Supply Chain Manager guide users to improve the service level, align inventory levels with peaks and troughs in demand, and enhance profitability for a given channel or product.
- Reports to Supply Planning Hub Manager
- Provide leadership and direction for all production planning activities across PepsiCo sites. The FG Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for developing, managing and implementing longterm and shortterm Supply Capacity Planning strategy for the Supply Organization within the business.
- Responsible from generating high level supply plan for a monthly level.
- Responsible for delivering customer service excellence and inventory optimization from Primary to Market Hubs, fully utilizing the JDA system.
- Facilitate plan requirements resulting on change in manufacturing locations. Contribute to troubleshooting hub to hub opportunities and propose long term improvements to increase customer service within the distribution network.
- Build the BU picture on the supply network, including supply constraints management and proposing potential scenarios. Sit in the world between Commercial and Manufacturing understanding the BU requirements and the plants capabilities, creating scenarios as inputs into the S&OP process. Including supply commits.
- Facilitates S&OP Supply Planning Meetings and participate necessary S&OP Reviews.
- Have a deep, specialist expertise and knowledge of the required Business Processes and how they interact with upstream/downstream business processes
- Lead Supply Planners and Network Optimizer
- Provide training to staff on Supply Planning, Capacity Modeling, safety stock policy
- Follow-up performance indicators to meet service levels
- Closely coordinate and communicate customer action plans with new project as a supply planning
- Understand different tendencies between DCs /their inventory and safety stock policies.
- Catch tactical commercial activity to achieve field sales targets.
- Follow up Service level at DC and Plant level
- Follow up write-off and aging at Turkey level (FG)
