QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Knowledge and interest in trends and fashion
- To have an overall marketing and consumer approach and vision
- English Fluent both written and spoken
- Good level of MS Office Applications, especially strong excel usage
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience of product management preferably in retail sector
- To support the Category Manager for developing and implementing sales & profitability objectives, plans and programmes
- To monitor and check sales-stock levels weekly, give suggestion of actions to take such as markdown/pullback/repeat order/campaign/visual change
- To define first allocation plans and store contribution
- To follow-up sales performance, new launches sales trend, promotion results and make specific business analysis to support Category Manager job as forecast and buying planning for new season and annual budget and revised budget,
- To support the Category Manager in preparing the new collection or new products brief and support the product development process,
- To support the CM to prepare the seasonal marketing and promotional plan
- To establish an effective product management process with the contribution of the others departments
