Financial Controller

We are looking for a dedicated and driven 'Financial Controller' to join us, as we shape the future of banking. You will be responsible for controlling financial transactions timely, be participating budget forcasting and management reporting process and measurement of the related Financial KPIs.

About The Job

• Being responsible for regular control of accounting transactions.
• Conducting Root cause analysis, developing the improvement plans and measurement of the related KPIs
• Working with data source providers and technology teams to ensure that key decision data is accurate, automated and timely,
• Preparing the monthly closing decks required by Management and entering monthly forecasts and other required data into the management reporting.
• Participating actively in projects to improve the power of Financial control functions. 

• To fit into the role, you need to have
• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related field
• MS Office (advanced excel) knowledge
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Experience in audit, financial & business controlling, reporting, planning functions is an asset
• Strong analytical skills
• Creative in problem-solving skills
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills and a teamwork-oriented mindset
