QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description


  • Managing the existing domestic and international Private Label (PL) business partners and developing new Private Label (PL) projects with them.
  • Setting up and developing new Private Label (PL) business partnerships with national and/or international retailers (supermarket, drugstore, pharmacy, etc. chains), distributors and/or other manufacturers.
  • Managing each and every step of Private Label (PL) business (purchasing, marketing, research & development, planning, production, logistics, operations, quality, finance, etc.) either directly and/or by coordinating the relevant teams.
  • Monitoring and analyzing on market developments, competitor activities, risks & opportunities, preparing an action plan and executing it in order to ensure continuous improvement of Private Label (PL) projects and high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Performing accurate budgeting and forecasting activities based on past data and current business results considering the activity/promotion plans, new trends in the market, risks, opportunities and other critical criteria.
  • Travelling domestically and internationally for existing and/or new business partner visits and attending exhibitions in order to represent the company.
  • Monitoring the internal and external progress daily and reporting to the Head of Export & Private Label (PL) regularly.


Qualifications


  • At least Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
  • 5+ years sales and sales operations (domestic & export), large/key account management experience in FMCG sector especially for Private Label (PL) projects
  • Advanced English and preferably Russian and/or Spanish as a second language
  • Excellent strategical thinking & analytical & negotiation skills
  • Outstanding commercial perspective & customer focus
  • High level of risk & opportunity awareness
  • Effective communication & relationship skills with all organizational levels
  • Planning & execution & coordination & time management & data management & reporting skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, ERP and CRM softwares
  • No military obligation for male candidates
  • No restrictions to travel
