So, what responsibilities does the Insurance and Operational Finance Specialist undertake at Otokoç Otomotiv?

• Ensuring control and reconciliation of monthly commission and difference reports and insurance commission expense documents for each insurance company.
• Ensuring monthly control and reconciliation of finance sales reports,
• To make daily, weekly and monthly reports to monitor the performance of insurance and finance operations,
• Keeping track of insurance & financing commission payments,
• To support field insurance and financial consultants in their daily operational issues, to communicate with insurance companies & financial institutions,
• Presentations, meeting notes, etc. for meetings with insurance or finance companies. to prepare,
• Taking part in business development and digitalization projects,
• To realize, manage, evaluate and continuously improve its course.

What are the Required Qualifications?

• Being a graduate of a relevant bachelor's degree from universities,
• Having knowledge of insurance legislation,
• Having knowledge of insurance and banking/vehicle loans legislation,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications,
• Strong organizational and planning skills,
• Suitable for teamwork.
