We are looking for a Corporate Social Responsibility Executivein our company, located in Çiğli AOSB, which manufactures sustainable clothing. 

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Having bachelor degree
• Advanced level knowledge of English (Speaking, reading and writing)
• Having effective communication skills and being able to carry out project management with teams including people from different departments.
• Great interest and at least basic knowledge of sustainability
• Preferably, understanding of certification/accreditation and reporting platforms (Higg Index, ZDHC, Brands-specific reporting, etc.) required for the institution.
• Ability to research, report, and think analytically
• Proficient in MS Office programs
• Able to communicate effectively, result and solution-oriented
• Advanced analysis, reporting, interpretation, and presentation skills
• No travel restrictions
• Residing / able to reside in Izmir
• Part time or partly home office can be an option

JOB DESCRIPTION 

Sustainability & CSR

• Data entry Coordination for international organizations such as Global Organic Textile Standards, Textile Exchange, United Nation Global Compact, B-Corporation
• Managing CSR projects (upcycling with locals; yearly donations to foundations; and coordinating sponsorships of the company)
• Planning corporate meetings & and participating in global conferences.
• Follow-up, designing, and providing the requested tasks of the platforms to which Orimpex has participated in the sense of sustainability and transparency, in certain periods (OSH, ZDHC, RETRACED, HIGG Index, etc...)
• Planning training, seminars, conferences, etc., on Carbon emission analysis, and the carbon reduction process, ensuring the company and the personnel's improvement. 

Organic certification

• Coordination with the certification body on updating standards of GOTS/Textile Exchange
• Responsible for TC applications and yearly audits for the company 

Social media

• Managing social media content on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, tracking relevant posts
