Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Economics and Administrative Sciences departments of universities,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of sales, preferably experienced in lubricant or automotive industry,
• Knowledge about lubricant, automotive industry, distribution and e-commerce,
• Analytical skills, 
• High persuasion skills,
• Experienced in reporting,
• Result and process oriented,
• Experienced in team management,
• Excellent command of written and verbal English,
• Good command of MS Office programs,
• Able to adapt flexible working hours,
• An active driver,
• Being resident / able to live in Antalya.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for e-commerce sales in Antalya, Burdur and Isparta regions,
• Preparing daily and weekly special sales reports,
• Delivering campaign information to the team and the market on time, following up the visual advertisement of the campaign,
• Organizing weekly and monthly evaluation meetings with the sales team, evaluating the team performance and analyzing the monthly and/or annual status of the region,
• Managing the products and package sales in the region on brand basis,
• Following closely the costs and profitability of the region ,
• Organizing the distribution of sales samples and promotional materials,
• Gathering information about the customers and region,
• Transmitting new ideas or thoughts to the company headquarters,
• Visiting and tracking customers in the region,
• Conducting studies on sales increase, following up and reporting,
• Following product and packaging sales targets, analyzing campaign achievements,
• Ensuring customer satisfaction.
