QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor degree from reputable university with major in Accounting and Finance
- 3-5 years relevant work experience in handling AR/AP, reconciliation and Accounting ledgers.
- Experience of using SAP is more preferable
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Good MS Office skills (High proficiency in Excel)
- Good communication skills and teamwork spirit
- Open-minded, self-learner and flexible for change
- Interests in starting career in reputable multinational container shipping company
- Ability to work in multinational environment
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Report directly to Head of Finance/Accounting Department
- Carrying out periodic reconciliations with customers and vendors
- AP/AR invoices filing
- Collection of payments has high priority
- Overdue & Payment follow up
- Support department head in month end closing activities.
- Bookkeeping
- Perform the weekly customer refunds
