The project incorporates 12.000 devices at 1.500 locations over a single account. We are looking for a Project Manager in Istanbul. Our ideal candidate will have already built successful B2B SaaS products in agile software development environments. You will guide new software development through all stages of the product life cycle, from identification of customer needs and product definition. This is a highly cross-functional role including development, launch, and ongoing support and will work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, customer success and business operations teams. 

What You’ll Do 

• Interface directly with the client and development team to ideate, prioritize and deliver frictionless customer experiences
• Serving as the key point person to ensure that problems are identified and addressed early
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining organization and timely completion of tasks/projects
• Effectively identify and communicate project issues with management
• Provide oversight and project governance for enterprise customer implementations
• Help to evolve our implementation methodology; look for opportunities to improve and automate processes, templates and tools to scale project management for enterprise deployments.
• Delivering successful Saas implementations as well as managing relationships with customers, external consulting organizations and internal cross-functional stakeholders
• Scoping and scheduling project goals, milestones, and deliverables
• Creating and implementing project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives
• Using JIRA to manage and report on the engineering team's velocity and burn down rates
• Performing ongoing review of project status, identifying possible risks and implementing risk mitigation solutions in a timely manner
• Managing project process through planning, development, test, and delivery phases
• This position involves working closely with our remote team of developers and vendor management
• Conduct and facilitate project kick-offs, stand-up meetings, team meetings and risk management
• Support and promote quality assurance goals for all projects
• Work with internal teams, partners, and management to establish product development priorities, thoroughly owning your roadmap
• Engage closely with the engineering and design teams to drive product development efforts
• Prioritize your development backlog based on business priorities, market changes, and team velocity
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and client operations to develop and execute product launch strategies
• Identify and track performance metrics for all products you own, and leverage this data in your ongoing support efforts
• Partner with and motivate cross-functional teams to take action and drive projects to completion; exhibit excellent judgment on sensitive, complex, and cross-functional issues, fostering collaboration between leaders, sub-teams, and general stakeholders.

What We're Looking For 

• 3+ years SAAS product experience, 5+ years expertise in Agile, Scrum or Kanban development processes, 5+ years JIRA and story writing/management experience,
• Detail oriented with history of documenting project status
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Proficiency in managing deadlines, scope and budgets
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with various teams and leaders
• Excellent time management skills, strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work well in a highly collaborative environment, including the ability to influence cross-functionally and build strong relationships across the organization
• Analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• The proficiencies for this position include being experienced in public speaking, especially with technical walkthroughs.
• Proficiency in Google G Suite (including Gmail, Docs, Drive, and Calendar), as this is a main method of collaboration for our team.
• Being a self-starter, and proficient at communicating via email and project management software like Trello and JIRA.
• Familiarity with Content Management systems and HTML/CSS a plus 
• Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues
• Can expertly plan a development sprint using communication tools like JIRA, Slack, and Confluence
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field preferred, MBA a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-stage startup environment
• An impeccable track record of shipping innovative and winning SaaS solutions for B2B platform teams
• Experience designing simple and intuitive user interfaces and the ability to create examples through wireframes and mockups
• Highly skilled in translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and vice-versa
• Resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized problem solver
• Self-starter who thrives under ambiguity in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented startup environment
• Adaptability to thrive in both individual and team environments; highly developed “EQ.”
