QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a “Customer Service Specialist”   for the global company we are consulting!


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process customer orders, ensure product availability, manage back orders
  • Monitor customers’ credit account status prior to shipment release and invoice creation
  • Invoice customers in accordance with tax policy and escalate to Regional Managers if past due.
  • Under guidance of supervisor, manage inventory, on time delivery and respond to operational inquiries to ensure successful fulfillment of orders.
  • Track import orders, ensure supply chain cycle on time, maintaining communication between Turkey and Europe office;
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and instant reports to support managerial decisions
  • Provide accurate documentation and data management concerning supply chain activities
  • Track Key Performance Indicators of the operation and report periodically.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain operations, customer service and import activities (Lubricant Industry experience is a plus)
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel is a must.
  • SAP system experience is an asset.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Strong analytical skills, perform well under pressure and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail combined with a full understanding of process flow for products managed.
  • Adaptability in the workplace to fast and changing environment
  • Commercial and business awareness;
  • Good time management skills, the ability to prioritise and handles stress well
  • Self-motivated, convincing and strong personality
  • Place of residence in Istanbul
  • No military obligation for male candidates.


Preferred Candidate

More than 2 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
