Performance Chemicals Business Manager

• Bachelor’s degree preferably from Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
• 5+ year of experience in a related area (preferably in sales/technical sales/R&D)
• Good technical knowledge at least in 2-3 industries (e.g. paints & coatings, construction chemicals etc.)
• Excellent command of English
• Strong negotiation, influencing and persuasive skills
• Excellent management, prioritization and organizational skills
• Ability to identify business opportunities

İŞ TANIMI

• To develop and implement strategies to capture opportunities and grow business with current and prospective customers.
• To be responsible for defined principals and their product portfolio as a product manager; to coach and support the local team for the portfolio and to manage the principal relationship for the portfolio
• To identify key decision makers, products, pricing, technical support needs, and other resources to execute strategy and close sales.
• To identify new business opportunities, and create distinctive value for customers in new market segments
• To build and increase knowledge of products for industrial applications of various product lines
