We are looking for a "Senior Process Design & ALM Consultant" having the following qualifications to be employed in our company.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or relevant areas.
• High energy, results driven,
• Team building, coaching and mentoring,
• Strong communication and Interpersonal skills,
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Understand customer requirements, suggest best practices, implement, integrate, and customize Atlassian products
• Practice of ITSM, Agile, SDLC
• Hands-on coding experience is a big plus
• DevOps and CI/CD familiarity is a big plus
• Advanced Level in English
• No military obligation for male candidates for at least 1 year
• Analyzing IT processes, identifying their gaps and improvement points and reengineering accordingly

Description;

Managing and coordinating major IT infrastructure projects; responsible for effort and duration estimation and realization, and also customer and employee satisfaction

Main responsibilities

• Strong planning skills, prepare detail task oriented and milestone driven plans,
• Modeling and implementing IT processes according to the ITIL, COBIT, CMMI frameworks
• Managing and coordinating major IT infrastructure projects
• Analyzing IT processes, identifying their gaps and improvement points and reengineering accordingly
