Qualifications & Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or relevant departments

·       Minimum 5 years of work experience as in HR and at least 3 years’ experience in Recruitment especially in hospitality industry

·       Excellent command of English in written and spoken

·       Strong interpersonal and communication skills

·       Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks

·       Good knowledge about MS Office programs especially in MS Excel

Description:

·       Carry out and support end to end recruitment activities for the brands; conducting initial phone screens/interviews, job offers, reference checks

·       Support and contribute development of the procedures and ensure that procedures remain up to date and seeks out process improvements.

·       Administer the disciplinary processes based on the labor laws if needed. 

·       Prepare daily & monthly & yearly reports to the management based on the HR metrics that should be requested

·       Clarifiy the training needs of the employees and organize trainings to ensure that all staff are fully trained 

·       Collaborate with region HR teams for employee transfer processes.

·       Assist with the general day-to-day operation of the HR department.
