QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Our company is looking for a dynamic and talented Human Resources Specialist. We are seeking an individual to join our Human Resources team who will work closely with business leaders to contribute to the success of our company, develop, and implement HR strategies.

  • Partner with department leaders to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance and support on a wide range of HR matters including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
  • Collaborate with managers to address employee performance issues, conduct investigations, and implement appropriate corrective actions when necessary.
  • Lead and support the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend proactive solutions.
  • Support change management initiatives by assisting with communication, training, and implementation strategies.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.
  • Build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a Business Partner or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated experience in employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and drive results.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
