Key Qualifications

• B.Sc. and/or M.Sc. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics or other relevant departments
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing and test of Electronics Hardware (board level/equipment level/system level)
• Experience with end-to-end printed circuit board fabrication and assembly
• Experience with the manufacturing of Electronics Box Build Assemblies
• Experience with interfaces such as AC/DC power, analog, discrete, video, digital interfaces such as UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Ethernet, Arinc-429 and Mil-Std-1553
• Compherensive electronic component knowledge
• Experience in schematics and multi-layer board layout
• Familiarity with design for production process, design data transition to production process.
• Experienced in electronic equipment prototyping and serial manufacturing standards and process
• Knowledge on system test lab set-up
• Knowledge on root-cause failure analysis, FRACAS concepts
• Hardware-firmware and hardware-software integration debugging skills
• Proficiency in English (written & spoken)
• Ability to work with inter-disciplinary teams

• Proficiency in board development life cycle processes
• Technical knowledge on platform mission systems including data/sensor management
• Experience implementing Design for Manufacture and Design For Test.
• Familiarity with DO 254 development cycle
• Familiarity with board design and analysis tools especially in Altium Designer and LTSpice
• Experience in high-speed interfaces and understanding of signal integrity issues
• Familiarity with board level power conditioning and EMI/EMC constraint

Job Description

• Preparation of all required manufacturing documents including external supplier documentation, to ensure consistent manufacture of products
• Preparation of test plans and test benches for verifying board performance
• Responsible from prototype and serial production
• Working closely with mechanical design and supply chain to bring the product into mass production,
• Build and monitor manufacturing processes
• Participate in design reviews acting as an expert in design for testability, design for manufacturability, supplier capabilities assessments, quality control, etc.
• Update designs when necessary in response to manufacturing issues, parts obsolescence, and system requirement changes.
• Preparing the investment plans for the manufacturing infrastructure, new equipment/measurement systems in order to respond to the new requirements of the products to be released in advance
