Responsibilities

• Carry out office administration in connection with commercial contracts, including reviewing incoming contractual terms and making recommendations. These may be MSA’s, SoW’s, Supplier Contracts, Licence Agreements, Confidential Disclosure Agreements and NDA’s.
• Organise and be responsible for the location and immediate recovery of all contract data and case files as required.
• Write first document drafts, such as contracts and proofread to standard.
• Conduct, analyse and provide results of legal research as required. Attend meetings, transcribe legal opinion and compile notes of meetings.
• Organise diaries, schedule meetings and be the first line support in response to queries.

Qualifications

• Experience as a legal secretary or assistant or paralegal
• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate
