HR Specialist (Temp– 1 Year Employment Contract)

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Human Resources Specialist (temporary – 1 year employment contract)  to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR functions, including training and development, organizational development and employee value proposition. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies and marketing/social media tools to attract, engage, and retain talent, and to enhance the employer brand of a company.

• Design, run and monitor alternative Employee Value Proposition models. 

• Develop, implement and monitor strategies and initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels of the organization. 

• Designs and maintains the job matrix in the organization. Audits the business units as the potential changes of jobs or organizational design are identified

• Manage the internship processes including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and following the process. 

• Manage talent development programs, track the efficiency, develop the curriculum when and if needed. 

• Inform, advise, and support the team on processes, guidelines and services that are specific to the Human Resources department.

• Develop and prepare analysis and presentations as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Physiology, Engineering, or related field.

• At least 2+ years of experience in HR functions.

• Digital savvy competence with the ability to leverage technology for HR processes and programs.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent command of both written and spoken English.

• Good knowledge of project management.

• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office

• Workday user knowledge is preferred. 

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
