   We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Leader for Gebze Plant who has the following qualifications;

Production-Manufacturing Engineer Job Description;

-Integrate and start new processes within the plant in compliance with technical and economic objectives, as taking on Launch Leader missions in the SMART DEV.

-Train relevant personnel in processes and ensure the deployment and capitalization of technical skills

-Make the necessary decisions to optimize results, in line with initial data

-Ensure the productivity of existing processes/products

-Define the production line Layouts. Create and validate the Time Sequences.

-Make production equipment reliable to improve the quality, safety, etc. of existing means

-Propose innovative technical solutions concerning manufacturing processes to reach productivity, quality improvement and safety objectives and to reduce running time

-Troubleshoot to solve quality problems and technically solve problems to eliminate 'quality obstacles'

-Support/participate in the definition of CS process during the PFMEA

-Create process adjustment sheets (parameters) and associated documents

Qualifications;

- Engineering level of Mechanical, Industrial or similar branches

- Good level of English

- Strong communication skills

- Aware of plastic injection, blow molding process (blow molding is preferred)

- Familiar robotics systems, automation system (PLC knowledge is a preferred)

- Action oriented with analytical and problem solving skills

- No military obligations for male candidates

- Minimum 5 years experience at similar companies in Automotive

- 2D Drawing program is an asset (Autocad - Draftsight preferred)
