Qualifications

·       University degree from University (Statistics is reason for preference)

·       2-4 years reporting, data analytics experience is required

·       An in-depth knowledge of MS Excel, Excel VBA, macros and dashboard design is a must

·       Good analytical and negotiation skills

·       Pharmaceutical analyse platforms: Dataview, IAM knowledge is reason for preference

·       Good command of English

·       Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

·       To deliver high standards of support, confidentiality, accuracy and professionalism

Job Description

·       Works collaboratively with internal partners to ensure business issues are translated into specific report templates with clear business impact.

·       Support key effectiveness initiatives for marketing and sales organization including periodically reports, BI reports, resource Optimization, Sales Force Structuring & Sizing, Territory Alignment, Incentive & Reward design

·       Maintain, continuously improve business reporting and analysis process with multiple data resources

·       Establish and maintain Business Intelligence systems in order to provide a strong decision support system for marketing and sales organization

·       Define the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of sales force in accordance with the company strategy and Scorecard follow-up

·       Develop and optimize bonus systems and maintain sales team performance tracking tools

·       Drives continuous insights development and business process optimization for decision makers
