Bancassurance Project Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities :

Providing improvement of systemic processes between ING Bank. and NN Hayat ve Emeklilik

Being responsible of projects for the systemic development

Ensuring communication between NN Head Office and Bank Head Office

Collecting needs and projects from business units and bank, analyzing and determining development points

Managing followed projects test , confirmation processes and processes of presentation to bank

Analyzing general processes and data of project subjects statistically  to determine the development points

Creating project plans and follow-up, updating them when necessary

Ensuring that the projects are completed in accordance with the specified targets

Qualifications & Competencies :

MBA degree, preferably business administration, management information systems, statistics, industrial engineering.

Minimum 2-5 years experience, preferably experienced in bank insurance, life and pension sector

Good command of English language

Expertise with MS Office programs

No military obligation for male candidates

Able to analythical thinking, solving problems, be creative, result and solution oriented

Proactive and result-oriented ability to work

Talented in planning, organisation and reporting

Effective communication skills
