QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

YOU WILL TAKE CARE OF  

  • Providing active IT Support Service (1st Level, locally and remote)

  • Receiving and processing user requests

  • Advising users with recommendations on the use of the equipment and software

  • Monitoring of user requests, including verification of compliance, escalation to the next level and closing

  • Technical support for computers, office equipment and software

  • Purchase of the equipment, supplies, software

  • Support office security systems

     

WHAT IT TAKES 

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent degree in Computer Engineering or related disciplines

  • Minimum 2-5 years of total IT experience gained in specifically Help Desk support area

  • Strong analytical problem solving and negotiation skills

  • Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English

  • High proficiency in Windows 10, Office 365 apps, MS Power BI applications

Preferred Candidate

2 - 5 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate)
