QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Set targets, implement plans, track daily results, make appropriate adjustments in resource planning in order to attain desired results.
- Communicate with the Production Manager, Production Supervisorsand support functions to ensure a transparent information flow, collaborate to define improvement areas and precise action plans.
- Know team problems, define areas for performance improvements with team members, drive teamwork.
- Ensure daily team management: assure appropriate headcount, ensure the respect of standardized work methods, assure presence on the floor to answer questions or address problems.
- Ensure proper staffing (blue collar), integrate new team members, foster individual development plans, advise and arrange for appropriate training, assure punctual job evaluations, etc.
- Interfere in production line in case of safety risks and drive improvement of working. Work with safety and technical department.
- Ensure product and process quality meets specifications required
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities with R&D and Quality departments.
- Support and lead continuous improvement, problem solving and process improvement activities
- Liaise and communicate with other departments, customers, suppliers and other service providers
- Registering inappropriate product and raw material records in the SAP system
- Organizing the training of blue-collar employees on procedure changes
- Organizing the training of blue-collar employees and keeping records after quality complaints when necessary.
