Financial Controller

Nish Palas Istanbul

SCOPE OF WORK                   :         

            Financial Controller to be responsible from profit & loss statement of Nish Palas Istanbul and Glens Istanbul Restaurant by ensuring all financial records booked and registered inline with uniform system of accounts and Turkish accounting system

 Key Responsibilities             :         

·         Prepare annual business plan and compare the budgeted figures with actual numbers

·         Guide General Manager to prevent from any deviation interms of profitability versus annual budget

·         Manage Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable together with Aging of the Hotel

·         Receives attendance sheets, status change forms, leave absence forms, overtime requisitions etc.

·         To update vacations for those who are on leave from the status change form

·         To update if any change in the salary or benefits from status change form

·         Record the overtime if any

·         To post JV for the salary and other benefits like Vacations / Indemnity or Air tickets

·         Distribution of salary pay slip to the concern department

·         Prepares payroll changes and corrections.

·         Answers payroll related correspondence.

·         Prepares final payment of employees calculates indemnity and other payments like notice period etc.

·         Maintain internal audit system within the hotel

·         Coordinate Cash Flow on weekly, monthly and yearly basis

·         Prepare monthly P&L reports

·         Monitor operational bank accounts as well as debt services and reports to General Manager

·         Establish good working relationship with the banks

·         Responsible from cost controlling / general stores and inventories

·         Inform Hotel General Manager about the hotel’s financial status on constant basis

Fulfill responsibilities as requested by the General Manager and the President of Hotel Management Company
