Business Solution Specialist (Finance)

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, and/or equivalent department,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Asset Management (AM), Treasury (TR)
• Knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies, experience of key integration points between SAP modules and experience in consultancy is highly preferable,
• Written and oral fluency in English is a must,
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to build cross-functional relationships,
• Strong analytical and creative thinking skills for effective decision making,
• No travelling restriction.

İŞ TANIMI

• Responsible primarily for successful implementation, roll-outs and support (including super users instructions) of SAP projects to enhance the Business Units' functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction,
• Responsible for analyzing the current business processes and scenarios of the business units and recommend/develop solutions to meet their need in a timely manner, 
• Convert business requirements to application specific functional design and define clear test plans,
• Resposible of sustain support activities and organization across all levels within the GLOBE IS&IT Support Organization ensuring SLA, SLO and Ticket Feedback Score targets are met.
