QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for a Key Accounts Field Executive to join our Sales Team, who will mainly responsible for implementing Sales and Key Account strategies within responsible accounts and managing the merchandising team to reach its objectives. To reach a 100% regional volume, product availability, strong execution and trade marketing objectives and to plan proactive activities to promote the potential in the shops. To provide necessary environment for a good teamwork and to develop a committed merchandising team via training, management and working together.

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in Sales

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Reach a 100% regional volume, product availability, strong execution and trade marketing objectives and to plan proactive activities to promote the potential in the shops
  • Provide necessary environment for a good teamwork and to develop a committed merchandising team via training, management and working together
  • Effective field management within Nestlé standards (with outlet managers) Plan and implement proactive activities to maximize the potential of the outlets
  • Request sampling to increase efficiency
  • Effective usage of POP materials
  • Manage the Merchandising team: develop team spirit, apply on the job training, continuous follow-up and performance evaluation, direct and coach
  • Control the administrative operations of merchandisers under his/ her responsibility (expenses, recruitment and exit, etc.) 
  • Apply shelf standards as determined by Nestlé
  • Prepare Merchandiser route plans and continuous follow-up
  • Take orders or direct orders
  • Control stock level for each outlet; ensure product availability
  • Solve problems in the outlet

*The position is located in Balıkesir.
