QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently looking for a I2L Project Manager who will mainly be responsible for the efficient, effective planning and flawless End-to-End management of Innovation and Renovation projects. S/He will plan and lead I&R projects End-to-End and orchestrate a cross-functional and multidisciplinary team to achieve the project defined Key Success Criteria and deliver against the business case; and ensure that the invested resources bring the expected return on investment with a flawless execution.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 5 years of marketing experience gained through active participation/project leadership in cross-functional Innovation & Renovation projects, or through mission/assignment in various organizations
- 2 to 3 years of project management experience
- Successfully shown leadership skills within a cross-functional team and ability to solve problems
- Fluency in English
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage I&R pipeline with brand team in line with business priorities and brand strategies to deliver business objectives and ensure contribution to success
- Identify I&R opportunities for the business; emerged from a growing trend, consumer insight/problem to solve, competition move etc.
- Follow up market knowledge, know-how for current/upcoming trends and consumer insights
- Lead Quantitative and Qualitative Consumer Tests for new launch and re-launch projects
- Build portfolio strategy (product portfolio, pricing strategy and brand building) with brand team
- Drive project team definition and reaching out to Functional Line Managers to identify and secure resources along the flow
- Build and maintain project budget all along the flow
- Orchestrate all functions and markets involved in the project to coordinate timelines, track end-to-end activities and milestones and ensure project is progressing as planned
- Drive timely preparation of the Business Opportunity, Business Case and Business Plan along the flow
- Drive Opportunity and Risk Management and escalating critical issues to Decider(s)
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings including kick-off meeting, kick-start meetings, check-in meetings, regular project meetings, risk assessments, post launch reviews and additional meetings or workshops as required
- Provide transparency, documentation and communication of project status and risk to cross functional team members, Project Management Lead and Deciders
- Lead Stakeholders management across functions: identify stakeholders, distribute responsibilities among project team and ensure proper communication
