Customer Executive Specialist Channel

We are currently looking for Customer Executive, Specialist Channel to join our PURINA Sales Team who will be responsible for the development and implication of the annual customer plans that are aligned with overall business and customer strategies, while achieving profitable sales objectives.
 

• Bachelors degree
• At least 5 years experience in Field Sales
• Advanced computer skills
• Fluency in English

İŞ TANIMI

• To execute the business plans in line with the strategy for assigned customers to drive the overall business
• To ensure achievement of agreed Customer(s) targets/KPIs (NPS,TTS,Bad Goods, Forecast accuracy)
• To provide quality and on-time information on demand forecast by distributor, report on market dynamics, competitor activities
• To ensure merchandising & display of company products and coach, motivate and develop Distirbutors’ sales representative(s) and merchandisers.
• To follow up the stock level, order processing and secondary sales of the distributors and take action with the sales manager accordingly
• To give necessary information and action about PURINA products point of differences to the key customers parallel to brand guidelines
• To ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies
