We are currently looking for a Customer Development Executive to join our Nestlé Professional team.

Location: Gaziantep

Type of contract: Permanent

As a Customer Development Executive, you will have the following responsibilities;

·       Monitoring and evaluating clients to ensure that quality standards and marketing material are met and consistent with brand guidelines                                                

·       Coordinate with Customer Development Manager and Key Account Managers to schedule new and existing accounts training. Coach the team to enhance their performance and improve skills on perfect execution and ensure controls in place and where required We Proudly Serve  Starbucks locations                                            

·       Works with Coordinators, Customer Development & other teams to provide excellent reports and stock reports and requirements, customer support, relationship management and product delivery                                                

·       Develops best in class understanding of customer / zone including the ability to articulate We Proudly Serve  Starbucks customers’ own commercial goals and KPIs. Understands the value that We Proudly Serve  Starbucks contributes to these goals.                                             

·       Performs customer training, audits quality and owns world class service to all customers within region                    

Which profile are we looking for?

·       Bachelor degree 

·       Fluent in English

·       3-5 years experience in branded coffee retail with a customer service background is also preferred
