We are looking to recruit “Transfer Pricing Assistant Manager” with the following qualifications to join our Tax Advisory Department.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 4 years of experience in tax advisory departments such as M&A, ITS or preferably Transfer Pricing,
  • Strong demonstrated background in transfer pricing researches and writing research memorandums,
  • Complete or partial global documentation processes experienced and experiences in advance pricing agreements are plus,
  • Strong multi-tasking skills, communication, organization and leadership abilities is a must,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must,
  • Good command of MS Office applications such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point is required,
  • Strong analytical and research skills,
  • Strong attention to details with strong trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills,
  • Strong team management skills,
  • Ability to adapt flexible working hours,
  • Team player,
  • Self-discipline,
  • Ability to time management

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

Selected candidates will be responsible for;

  • Writing annual transfer pricing reports, master files and country-by-country reports,
  • Analysing the related party transactions of the clients with a critical approach in order to ensure the policies are in line with the arm’s length principle,
  • Supporting the clients by presenting arm’s length transfer pricing policies for the related party transactions whenever necessary,
  • Conducting benchmark studies in various databases,
  • Making function, risk and asset analyses,
  • Supporting the Tax Senior Manager in transfer pricing compliance issues by performing assessment of any implication as new BEPS initiatives are proposed and adopted in the local legislation,
  • Taking part in transfer pricing and international tax consultancy projects,
  • Assisting Tax Senior Manager in transfer pricing investigation processes,
  • Preparation of technical memorandums of ad-hoc questions,
  • Developing and coordinating the transfer pricing tools to be used,
  • Carrying out technical researches,
  • Writing articles related to recent developments in local legislation and global transfer pricing approaches on a regular basis.
