CRM Contact Plan Specialist

We are seeking a CRM Contact Plan Specialist that will have a role within the organisation and add value to our company.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Planning, executing and tracking omnichannel & omnimedia communication schedule of customers 
• Creating dynamic, interesting, original and high performing content ideas for SMS, newsletter, landing page, mobile push notifications, postal cards in line with brand communication strategy
• Working closely with other departments and sales channels to satisfy business needs for communications, ensuring the alignment of communication plans across other touch points 
• Reporting, tracking and analyzing success of communication plans via KPI’s and constantly proposing improvement ideas
• Organizing and carrying out the communication operations (SMS, Newsletter, postal cards, other private communication media)
• Preparing for and organizing Newsletter creative team meet-ups and share outputs
• Keeping up with the trends and technologies regarding customer communication strategies and applying where possible 
• Take part in CRM campaign planning and campaign operations execution

 QUALIFICATIONS 

• Graduate from university (preferably from technical departments with a social studies component i.e. Industrial Engineering) 
• Having strong interpersonal skills 
• Excellent command of Turkish and English
• Eloquence in expression (high command of language skills in communication) 
• Working SQL knowledge is a must (along with a general understanding of data extraction methodologies) 
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is a plus
• Conscientious, ambitious and having a strong sense of responsibility 
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Having a personal interest in cosmetics & nature (botanical cosmetics in particular) is a plus
