We are looking for a Country Sales Manager for our multinational client in heavy construction machinery sector. 

Qualifications:

• University degree,
•  Fluency in written and spoken English,
• 10+ years sales experience in construction machinery area,
• 5+ years experince in management roles,
  
• High understanding of the market changes and their impacts,
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, 
• SAP program experience is preferable,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• Military service must be completed for male candidates,
• Live / Willing to live in Istanbul.

Job Description:

• The Country Sales Manager will be responsible for planning, organising, guiding, co-coordinating and supervising all sales activities on the assigned market. 
• Analysing, developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies for potential partners in related market. (Contruction Companies, Contractors, Project & Design Companies, Consulting Companies, local authorities in infrastructure projects)
• Representing the company and mantain regular contacts with customers.
• Customer support from the offer to order processing. May investigate and evaluate customer complaints.
• Analysing and developing knowledge of competitors strengths and weaknesses.
• Being responsible for gathering information on the market.
• Periodically drawing up and handling special reports referring to the market requirements and competition and also market features.
