We are currently seeking Temporary (6 months) Recruitment Specialist to join our Human Resources team with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related departments preferably Industrial and Management Engineering
  • At least 4 years of HR experience in a recruiter position
  • Must be fluent in English, French speaking is an asset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective communications with excellent networking and strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to build and influence relationships at all levels
  • Highly effective organization, planning and time management skills
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Military service completed for male candidates


Job Description:

  • Responsible for all recruitment process for the company
  • Working closely with assigned business managers to deliver recruitment needs
  • Meetings with hiring managers for position briefs in order to find candidates that meet their requirements in terms of skill & qualification and to forecast hiring needs
  • Drafting job descriptions and job postings that accurately describe the company’s roles and their requirements as well as appeal to job seekers
  • Developing search strategies to reach and attract qualified candidates
  • Hands-on candidate attraction & sourcing - Linkedin and Career Portals
  • Conducting resume and phone screens, face-to-face interviews with applicants
  • Coordinating all interviews, including scheduling with interviewers and candidates
  • Conducting competency based interviews
  • Developing a talent pipeline for immediate and future positions
  • Collecting market research and providing insight to the business on talent pool sizing
  • Conducting the employment process that includes onboarding of hired candidates and preparation of employment documents (contracts etc.)
  • Keep candidates and Line Managers informed at all stages of the recruitment process via regular and/or ad-hoc reporting
  • Providing recruiting reports to management on a regular basis
  • Update and utilize recruiting databases and job boards, as well as company's recruitment system
