We are looking for self-motivated, fast-learner Product Manager to join our product team in our journey to provide innovative financial services to millions of people. 

• Minimum 3 years working experience as a Project or Product Manager in an agile environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Creative thinker with a vision
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Fluency in English
• Scrum or Agile experience is preferred
• Business savvy

Job Description:

• Be the decision maker regarding what features the product will have, which requires research and analysis of the market place, the users, the competition and future trends in order to generate the roadmap for the product
• Providing vision and direction to the agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements 
• Work cross-functionally with teams like customer support, finance or operations to understand product requirements
• Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
• Analyze metrics to understand customer and product performance
• Collaborate with product architect and product marketing teams to translate business requirements into user stories for the development teams to implement
• Develop appropriately detailed specifications for product features so that they are clearly understood by the development teams
• Inspire and motivate the development teams to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency
• Responsible for creating and communicating the product vision, strategy and roadmap from the point of view of the business, end users and stakeholders
• Responsible for making decisions that determine the profitability of the product (ROI)
• Acts as an ambassador for the product internally and externally, and as the primary technical contact for queries related to the product
