We are looking for a Financial Controlling and Reporting Team Leader to join our team with the following qualifications:

• University degree in Economics / Business Administration
• Strong accounting skills in IFRS, understanding of US GAAP / Turkish GAAP is beneficial
• 4 - 5 years of practical experience on accounting and external reporting, Big 4 experience is a plus
• Fluency in English 
• Strong analytical skills, high degree of attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS applications
• Desire to make process improvements
• Work effectively within the department and across departments

Job Description

• Lead annual budgeting and monthly rolling forecast processes. Cooperate with all related Business Process Owners and provide all related parties with strong financial guidance to support realization of Company targets
• Lead Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency and Group reporting activities in accordance with IFRS
• Lead preparation of monthly management reports & presentations to explain variances vs. budgeted items & prior year results
• Assist Finance Director in providing strategic guidance and assistance to the leadership of the Company
• Assist and guide Risk & Compliance departments regarding finance related issues
• Perform detailed feasibility studies, research and critical analyses. Identify, prioritize, and resolve financial issues; identify underlying reasons; recommend solutions
• Be a team leader, lead and develop team members
