We are currently seeking a Data Analytics & Planning Specialist to join our team with the following qualifications:     

• Bachelors degree from a reputable university in Turkey or abroad (engineering, economics, statistics, mathematics etc. are preferred, MBA or MSc is an asset)
• 2-3 years of experience in report automatization and research of large data sets; manipulating, cleansing, ensuring data quality
• Especially experienced in the scope of sales budget studies and reporting budget realization comparisons
• Hands-on work experience with data analytics / management platforms such as PowerBI, Qlikview
• Highly organized, accountable and proactive with attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to various situations with high commercial awareness
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint applications
• Having excellent English language capability is a must and French is a plus   

Job Description; 

• Work within data analytics platforms  to identify trends and patterns in large data sets and build analytical models
• Work within report development processes at Power BI
• Assist in timely delivery, preparation, monitoring and analysis of all actual and budgeted data for management reports of the company by performing a detailed analysis for business units / products
• Support budgeting, midterm and long term planning processes
• Monitor and interpret macroeconomic and sector-specific figures in a certain extent
• Carry out strategic analysis to help top management make decisions
• Prepare ad-hoc reports
