Main Responsibilities
· Develop and implement the HR strategy and policies for the company that is aligned with the organization's vision, mission, values, and its current and long-term business objectives
· Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including recruitment, talent management, organizational development, employee relations, diversity, compensation practices, performance management
· Understands business partner/client markets and with guidance from Director, Human Resources translates business partner/client goals into proactive human resources plans to enable successful achievement of business results
· Apply strong technical expertise (such as Organization Design, Employee Engagement, Workforce Planning, and Change Management) in implementing strategy and solutions to address organizational and people-related challenges across the company
· Manage the budget and other financial measures of the HR Department
· Prepare and follow up the headcount plans in accordance with the company budget
· Ensure that all company policies and procedures are up to date and in line with current employment, social security, and other applicable laws
· Provide employee satisfaction and engagement through effective planning of HR functions
· Responds to management and employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree from university
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
· Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources, at least 3 years at the manager level
· Ability to both relate to and communicate with a wide variety of people and a high level of integrity, ethics, and trustworthiness
· Strong understanding of employment law and policies, and employment legislation
· Expert consulting skills and ability to persuade/influence business leaders on suggested action for turning business issues/problems into viable HR/Business solutions
· Expert problem-solving skills, ability to determine the root cause of complex issues and arrive HR/Business solutions
· Expert communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills
· Team Management
· Presentation and reporting skills
· Global company experience (explaining and persuading many local applications abroad)
· Manage multiple variable applications in a Matrix structure
