QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description

  • Assisting Front Office Manager operations when on duty.
  •  Overseeing night operations of the Front Desk and the hotel.
  • Providing a visible management presence while on duty.
  • Welcoming VIP guests.
  • Handling guest complaints and making sure that all guest issues are resolved and focusing on the satisfaction and wellbeing of the guests.
  • Ensuring quality in all aspects of work.
  • Promoting and following a safe work environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Night Manager role or managerial level in Front Office 
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills and second language is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge in MS Office and Opera systems.
  •  Ability to handle multi tasks and guest requests.
  • Passion for guest service.
  • Organized, results-oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well under pressure
