Property owners and operators are challenged to provide suitable service levels more efficiently and with leaner more highly skilled teams. To achieve this, they must manage their assets in the most efficient and cost effective ways possible to ensure the assets they are responsible for remain fit for purpose and focused on the end user. Our specialist consultants help clients focus on the long-term value of their assets and optimize performance to benefit both their customers and their finances.

We are currently looking to grow the FM Consultancy team based in the Istanbul office and are looking for someone who has experience of the FM market, so they can support our clients through all stages of the asset life cycle to achieve strategic objectives by adding long-term value and optimising performance, to benefit end users. This includes experience of supporting operational FM management, advising on procurement projects, asset management improvement, CAFM utilisation, lifecycle modelling, FM cost analysis, benchmarking and business case support. We are also interested to hear from people with experience of digital asset management.

Job description

Your role will involve supporting the team with a range of consultancy activities, including direct interface with our clients. You will support our existing team to deliver and grow the facilities management (FM) advisory service.

Typical duties and responsibilities may include:

-          FM due diligence, performance, operational monitoring and service audits and report writing;

-          FM Service provider contract reviews;

-          FM services specification scoping and performance monitoring system development;

-          FM services and Asset lifecycle modelling, cost benchmarking and market testing;

-          FM bid support;

-         Contract management and operational support;

-         Use of risk-based methods to assess investment needs;

-         Built asset data management and Smart Asset Management support; an,
