Automation & Maintanence Engineer

Qualifications 

• Engineering Degree preferably ,mechanical, mechatronics
• 3+ years experience in fixed assets and machinery industrialisation
• Experience in Automotive is a plus
• Strong negotiation and planning skills for manufacturing issues with a good         knowledge of maintenance
• Ability to propose creative and pro-active problem solving
• Analytical mind with result oriented work style
• Good command of written & spoken English
• Team player, ability to manage a team
• Conceptual and planning skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent business applications (eg: Microsoft Office programmes including Microsoft Access)
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Resident in İzmit or nearby locations

Job Description

• Ensure the definition responsibility  of the complete process for the projects
• Plan and implement new products and or changes to manufacturing process
• Plant equipments design, specification preparation and installation responsibility
• Provide manufacturing, engineering and maintenance support to production unit
• Automation robotics system tools or equipment programming knowledge is a plus
• Review processes and procedures on an on-going basis for safety, quality and production efficiency
• Develop plans in accordance with customer requirements using PFMEA and other techniques
• Responsible for any changes to products or equipment
• Develop and implement manufacturing & maintenance documentation and other operator instructions
• Work instruction preparation of equipments
• Training responsibility of supervisors for the equipments
• Take part in the reviews of concept, the reviews of plans etc.
• Leading budget of maintenance department
• Ensure continuous  fucntioning of production machinery
• Tracking and evaluation of technicians & technical operators in coordination with production
• Tightening tools settings and analysis
